The news media is reporting that when the news of the death of Osama Bin Laden was announced on Sunday night, the outpouring of praise for President Obama was almost universal. "Not quite," reports the AP as the nay-sayers were quick to respond.

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann was one of the first to appear on Fox News to criticize Obama. "He should have done it himself," said Bachmann. "It was a chance for him to be a leader for once and he blew it again!"

Rush Limbaugh on his Monday show grabbed at his shirt, wiggled in his seat and declared, "The man is a coward! Dick Cheney wouldn't have let others do his dirty work. He would have led the raid and taken Bin Laden out himself! We need a new president!"

Most of the GOP 2012 hopefuls followed suit and right wing talk radio was talking about a hoax. "The man is a trickster," said Glenn Beck. "Where is Bin Laden's death certificate? Why isn't his head on a platter at the Smithsonian?" Beck leaned in close to the camera and whispered, "Or is Bin Laden, as I have it on good authority, living a life of luxury in a condo in West Palm Beach?"

When Donald Trump was asked by a journalist from MSNBC about his reaction, he responded, "Scuse me! I am very proud that I was the one who suggested this to Obama at the correspondent dinner on Saturday night. You'd think the man would have been white enough to give me credit!"

In related news, sources report Speaker John Boehner was spotted in his House office on Monday morning weeping uncontrollably.
