A team of special CIA operatives that has infiltrated Libya includes an elderly American Hi Def TV reporter, Dan Rather.

"We picked Dan for this assignment because of the great disguise he wore when he was on regular TV and posed as "Gunga Dan" in Afghanistan," said a CIA spokesman.

In this new undercover assignment, Rather is wearing the same successful costume from decades ago, and is posing as a dazed Afghan peasant who somehow wandered into Libya and has a secret message for Libyan Leader Col. Moammar Gadhafi.

Once he gets to meet the dictator, Rather plans to ask: "What's the frequency, Kenneth?"

This is signal for other CIA operatives to pop into action to take Gadhafi prisoner. That is if everything goes as planned, and word of Rather's participation in the planned kidnapping of Gadhafi is not revealed.
