image for President Barack Obama Has Decided To Send The Entire National Guard Units of Arizona, Wisconsin, and Alaska To Libya (Hmmm)
President Obama talking to V.P. Joe Biden about the Anti-Obama "Red States."

RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil - President Barack "NCAA" Obama has instructed Vice-President Joe Biden to call up the commanders of the Arizona, Wisconsin, and Alaska National Guards and inform them that their National Guard units are to report to Tripoli, Libya no later than Friday, April 1, 2011.

Vice-President Joe Biden started laughing. The president asked him what was so funny. After gaining his composure Bob Uecker, I mean Joe Biden, said that April 1 was April Fool's Day and asked if he (the president) was kidding.

When asked by the president if he had ever kidded him before regarding the three named Anti-Obama "Red States," Biden replied that he would make the calls as soon as he got off the phone.

The president did think about the fact that April 1, was in fact Sarah Palin Day, so he told Biden to change the date to March 31, instead of April 1.

Vice-President Biden did mention to President Obama if he didn't think that the fact that he was only sending the National Guard troops from the three states in the Union that he absolutely cannot stand might not look kind of suspicious.

The president told him that he did not give a pumpkin's ass how effen suspicious it looked. He noted that he was going to show the governors of those states, which voted for McCain in 2008, that like they say in the hoods of Chicago, "Paybacks are a bitch, bitch!"

President Obama told Biden that he had to go and meet with the ambassador to Uruguay regarding a $21 million loan to build three children's petting zoos in Montevideo.

The president stressed that he wanted him (Biden) to call the governors of the "Blue States" Illinois, Delaware, California, and Florida and tell them to tell their National Guard commanders to let their troops know that they do not have to worry about going to Libya because there are a whole lot of "Red States" whose National Guard units he can send to Libya.

CNN is reporting that the governor of the "Blue State" of Maine, Governor Paul LePage, has called up the president and asked him if there is anyway at all that he can get his state's status changed from a "Red State" to a "Blue State" as soon as possible.

Make Abel Rodriguez's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)
