image for "Comfort Girls" Offered by SKorea to Washington, DC.
President Obama, like most others, claims he voted 'No!'

In her latest visit to Seoul, South Korea, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has negotiated for official, Senate & House approved "Comfort Girls" for Washington, DC so that congressmen and male senators can keep their minds on running the country and off their privates.

"If we had done this years ago, we could have saved trillions of dollars on Senators and Representatives taking all those trips for their states economy and vacations being paid for by the voters", stated Ms. Clinton. "Here's the answer and the girls will be paid a lot more here than they are in South Korea plus constantly being checked by physicians."

Although greatly condemned by many in government offices, there was a secret vote behind doors, agreed to by both the President, Vice President, Senate leader, Speaker of the House and both congress and the senate.

The final vote came only after five minutes of deep thoughtful animated discussion..some say dancing. The proposal was approved by 525 to 21 with a few abstaining.

Meanwhile, over 500 were on their home TV channels by evening explaining why they voted "No!" on the proposal but will still recommend Hillary Clinton for a Noble Peace prize.

"I may disagree with her proposal", stated one Senator off-record. But you have to admire the lady's spunk."
