New York - A teacher by the name of Monte Kuhr is claiming that students are bad for teachers' hearts.

He is also suing the city for giving him students they knew would cause him way too much stress.

Mr. Kuhr told reporters at a news conference announcing his law suit:

"I picked teaching as a profession because it was hyped as an easy job. I didn't know it was going to be so hard on my heart because kids these days are just so dumb. I don't know how many times I have to repeat myself in class, and the parents are even dumber than the kids. They have the nerve to blame me for their kids not getting good grades."

Mr. Kuhr is the first teacher to sue over students being hard on the heart, and he is the first teacher to sue over being forced to teach kids he doesn't like.
