Happy To Be Lost In Space

Houston, TX-- The Hubble Space Telescope has spotted the long-lost Jupiter 2 mission that was launched in 1997 with the Robinson family. Excited NASA officials confirmed the spacecraft, which was lost in space, was discovered just outside the rings of Saturn. President Obama was informed about the discovery, and sent his greetings to the crew.

The Jupiter 2 mission was sent to Alpha Centauri in October 1997. The Robinson family, with their experimental robot, was feared lost forever after they had an accident in the Asteroid Belt. Everybody assumed they were dead.

Captain Will Robinson, now 22, made contact with Houston Control and informed NASA about their situation. He mentioned that his father, and a creepy stowaway had died from natural causes years ago, but everyone else was okay.

The Robinson family was extremely interested about any news from Earth. The family's last contact with Earth was in 1997. They had no knowledge of September 11, the Crash of '08, or the Bush and Obama presidencies. A news-link was established between Houston Control and the Robot, to provide them all the information.

Suddenly, the Robot began waving his mechanical arms in a complete frenzy. "Danger Will Robinson, danger, danger!" it said.

The Robinson family reviewed the news with complete astonishment. Houston Control could hear cries of disbelief and fear coming from the Jupiter 2 control room. Captain Robinson called NASA headquarters immediately.

"Um, Houston. This is Captain Robinson. We all think you've gone nuts and are extremely dangerous. We're not coming back."

The Jupiter 2 then took off for deep space, never to be seen again.
