Washington DC: North Korea's Kim Jong Il is expected to name his 28 year old son Kim Jong Un the country's next "Dear Leader." Kim Jong Il's 64 year old sister General Kyong Hui would supervise any transfer of power, if her brother dies prior to the inexperienced Kim Jong Un being ready to assume power.
Kim Jong Un is believed to have been born in 1983 or 1984, but little else is known other than he went to school in Europe. A woman resembling Kim Jong Il's sister was a graduate student in Political Science at the University of Arkansas in 1982. This woman is also known to have worked on the campaign to elect Bill Clinton Governor of Arkansas in November 1982 and later as one of the governor's many aides. She subsequently disappeared in 1984.
Former President Clinton, who just turned 64, traveled to North Korea in 2009 to facilitate a prisoner release and held extensive talks with Kim Jong Il. Former UN Ambassador (Bush administration) John Bolton said "a rebirth of diplomacy resulting in a new US relationship with North Korea may be in progress."
