The US Federal Government is looking into allegations that the US Border Patrol has been engaged in Racial Profiling. After several complaints from Hispanics found wondering in the desert along the border of Arizona and Mexico, the Federal Government is very disappointed with the Border Patrol.
The ACLU has also decided to get involved and is considering suing the Border Patrol for violating the rights of these self-proclaimed hikers. One Hispanic male stated they were stopped while hiking across the desert with a group of friends when suddenly Border Patrol agents stopped them.
"What where these agents doing in the middle of the desert, in the middle of the night," an ACLU Lawyer stated. "And why did they stop this group of men? Because they were Hispanics crossing the border in the middle of the night, that is why," the lawyer shouted.
"Then with out probable cause, the agents searched large duffle bags the men were carrying which they found two hundred pounds of suspected Marijuana."
The Hispanic males denied knowing the contents of the duffle bags. One stated that they had loaned the bags to a friend of Parris Hilton when they were partying.
"She must have left it in the bags," the Lawyer stated.
