image for Fidel Castro, Brother of The Cuban President, Says Cuba Will Exchange Lindsay Lohan For 173 Cuban Held U.S. Prisoners
Fidel Castro has been authorized by his brother Cuban President Raul Castro to head up the U.S.-Cuban prisoner exchange.

HAVANA - The ex-president of Cuba, Fidel Castro, has stated that his brother, Raul, the new president of Cuba, has authorized him to negotiate for the exchange of prisoners between the United States and Cuba.

Fidel stated that his country, which produces more great baseball players than any other country other than America, is willing to return to the United States 173 American prisoners in exchange for one Lindsay "LiLo" Lohan.

Castro stated that he has already spoken to the White House and Vice-President Joe Biden, who answered the phone said that the deal sounds great to him, but that of course he will have to pass it along to 'El Jefe' (The Boss) President Obama.

Biden did tell Fidel that he would like to send him a case of Lowenbrau Beer in exchange for 2,000 Cuban cigars. Fidel reportedly told him "Hey ju got eat, blue eyes."

So if President Obama approves the prisoner exchange it should take place within the coming week and it will be shown exclusively on ESPN.

When Lohan was told of the prisoner exchange program she became very happy. She reportedly told her cell mate that when she gets to Cuba, she'll just call her daddy and have him pick her up at the Havana Airport.
