image for North America: What's A Raoul Moat?
Raoul Moat, seen here in 1358 protecting the Castle At Pompous-Upon-Arrogance.

North Americans who log onto European websites are amazed at the coverage given to a "Raoul Moat", who apparently broken the Cardinal Rule in Europe by actually touching a firearm.

Police say Raoul Moat, a water-filled fortification usually surrounding a castle, is believed to have shot three people, killing one.

The search for Moat has extended to the incredibly gay-sounding citites of "Britney Tyne and Wear," "Northumberland," and "Winchestertonfieldville."

"The guy is being referred to as a 'gun maniac' because she shot 3 people," said the incredibly insensitive wife of this reporter. "I don't mean to make light of what he's done, but that many people were shot at my class reunion."

Make anthonyrosania's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
