image for Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young Are Booked To Play At Russell Brand and Katy Perry's Wedding
A flock of seagulls getting ready to land on The Isle of Majorca.

LONDON - Russell Brand has stated that he and Katy (Perry) have decided that when they get married they will be having the 70s icon American band Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young play at their wedding reception.

Brand said that he knows that the wedding will take place on the Isle of Majorca and most probably at The Sand Dollar Castle Resort & Spa.

Brand was asked why he would book a band that hasn't really been in the limelight for over 30 years.

He laughed and said that he has always liked the lads and that their "Four Way Street" album is his all time favorite. He went on to say that he recently saw them on a cable show special and he noticed that they hardly messed up on their lyrics at all.

He did say that twice he noticed that Stephen Stills did sing Suite: Judy Green Eyes instead of "Suite: Judy Blue Eyes" and Neil Young did say dirt instead of sand in his song "Cowgirl In The Sand."

Russell said that he and Katy are planning on later on this year going into the recording studio and re-doing some CSN&Y classics with a British flavor.

He said that he has already spoken to Stephen Stills and David Crosby about it and both were quite thrilled about the prospect.

When asked to name some of the CSN&Y tunes they will be re-doing Russell pointed out "Cowgirl In The English Channel," "Suite: Judy Bloomin' Blue Eyes," "Southern UK Man," "Our 'ouse," and "Love The One You're Boinking."

Katy said that she can hardly wait to talk to the band members and ask them all kinds of questions about The Byrds, Buffalo Springfield, The Hollies, and The Electric Prunes.
