Hollywood, California - Michael Jackson and his entourage were thrown out of court today after Michael appeared wearing, what the judge called "his damn jammies." Judge Harry Back ordered Michael and his "freak show" to leave his courtroom and "not come back until Michael was dressed in appropriate adult attire."

Judge Back was furious that he had to re-schedule, yet again, because of Michael's distracting wardrobe selection. It was reported that last week, when Michael was ordered to appear in court, he came dressed in Superman's cape, the original, which he had purchased from Christie's Auction House recently.

The Judge told Michael, that if he really wanted to get his attention, he could show up in one of Liz Taylor's evening gowns. He said that every time Michael appears in court, it costs the city about $100, 000 for added security and support staff. Judge Back also stated he would have to fine Michael, to cover these costs, if he chooses to come dressed inappropriately again and the proceedings had to be cancelled.

It was in direct defiance of this, that Jackson made the choice to show up in court in his Spiderman's jammies, one source reported. Judge Harry Back was not clear if Michael would be fined this time, but the judge was clear that he was not going to put up with any more antics in his courtroom.

Michael insists he wasn't trying to anger the Judge, by wearing his jammies to court, but that it just happened that everything else was "in the wash," and he had nothing else to wear. The excuse that Michael had nothing else to wear is "ridiculous," the judge said.

"I'm sure he could find something in one of his collections to wear. Even a suit from some dead President would be more acceptable than showing up in his ‘damn jammies," he added.

Designers from "Fashion Police" magazine offered to create an entire wardrobe for Michael's trial, but so far, Jackson had declined their offers.

"When we saw what he was wearing, we said, ‘What was he thinking?' designers told reporters. "We then, set out to design several, much more attractive ensembles for Michael. There is one outfit that is simply smashing, that just screams ‘innocent' to us. We think he could use our help."
