The Iraqi interim government has warned the United States and international nuclear inspectors that nearly 380 tons of powerful conventional explosives - used to demolish buildings, produce missile warheads and detonate nuclear weapons - are missing from one of Iraq's most sensitive former military installations.
The huge facility, called Al Qa qaa, was supposed to be under American military control but is now a no-man's land, still picked over by looters as recently as Sunday. United Nations weapons inspectors had monitored the explosives for many years, but White House and Pentagon officials acknowledge that the explosives vanished after the American invasion last year.
International Atomic Energy Agency chief Mohamed ElBaradei reported the disappearance to the U.N. Security Council on Monday, two weeks after he said Iraq told the nuclear agency that the explosives had vanished from the former Iraqi military installation as a result of "theft and looting ... due to lack of security."
The disappearance raised questions about why the United States didn't do more to secure the Al-Qa qaa facility 30 miles south of Baghdad and failed to allow full international inspections to resume after the March 2003 invasion.
The bush administration and MSNBC are now saying that former private Lynndie England's embryo is to blame for the 380 tons of high explosive missing at the Al Qa Qa munitions site. Private Lynndie England was also reponcible for all the abuse at the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq. She was made famous by her pointing pictures of pyramids.
White house spokesman McCleanin said that "we have deduced that only an intelligence the size of a pin head could have been responsible for this and we know that Ms. England had just become pregnant at that time."
So we are looking into this and other privates to place responsibility on this pinhead operation.
When asked by the MSNBC press, how a embryo the size of a pinhead could move 760,000 lbs of (380 tons) to a secure location, the Whitehouse said that "anything was possible when you have your own reality and we always know who to blame and not to blame and we know who our pinheads are ".
MSNBC said that " this is the story they are following now and are trying to get an interview with Ms. England's newly born child from her jail cell, but as of now, the baby is not talking". The baby who is less than one month old is refusing to talk and will only tell his side of the story until after the election.
