Nobel Peace Prize Changes Name To Obama Peace Prize As Tiger Woods Was This Year's Runner-Up For Peaceful Fart

Oslo, October 30th, the Nobel panel has decided after a full week of thought that they will change the "Peace Prize" name to the "Obama Peace Prize".

This does in no way change the Nobel Prize in say, Literature", stated spokesperson, Cham Whistledick. "All the others will stay the same except for the Peace Prize."

The Nobel Prize is named after Sweden chemist and inventor Alfred Nobel and is a Sweden-based international monetary prize.

Since the nominations have to be in by the end of January, it was a quick choice for this year's winner President Barack Hussein Obama, so the nominations for next year's winner are already being considered.

Among those already considered according to insiders are: Michael Moore, Bono, The Dalai Lama, Al Gore, ACORN, Michelle Obama and this year's runner-up, Tiger Woods.

When asked about the selection of Tiger Woods, Spokesman Whistledick answered:

"Tiger would have won because of both his brilliant peaceful smile and that fart during the one golf tournament. It finally drove away those whispering idiots from the television crews, and allowed for the first time, the audiences around the world to see a decent peaceful golf game on camera without hearing about the whole history of golf and which way the wind was blowing."

"On that particular day, the wind was blowing in the direction of the whisperers, and drove them away!"
