image for Hardware Store defends Baal
It is believed that this was actually brought to work one day

West Palm Beach, Florida - A man has been fired from hardware giant Apartment Central for loving God. The man was an admitted Christian, who wore a cross under his shirt and carried money in his wallet that said, "In God We Trust". He was also known to have attended church, and to own a Bible.

He also wore a pin of an American Flag with the words "One nation, under God, invisible" on it.

"We couldn't put up with his fundy crap, anymore", said Depot spokesperson Richard Dawkins. "And it's not like we didn't give him a chance to renounce his false god and still remain an employee."

But the man remained steadfast in his faith, and foolishly - given that he has a family to support - would not give honor due to the prefered god of his store, Baal.

"All he had to do was come to one of our Golden Calf parties and everything would have been fine.", said Susan Ordman of the Hardware Section. "And he could have stopped saying 'Bless you', everytime one of us sneezed, that was pretty mean of him."

Amazingly, this right wing crazed religious nut is getting set to sue, but the store is remaining steadfast in it's stance. "We've Baal on our side, who can stand against us?", said Dawkins. "Some fool of a sheep-god worshipper? Not on my watch."

In related news, there will be a lion feeding session at the Depot Arena later today.
