In his attempt to hire advisors for everything possible, President Barack Obama has appointed Manny, Moe, and Jack as his newest Used Car Czars. "I think that these men know more about automotive repairs than anyone else out there," said Obama from the Oval Office. "These Boys show a lot of Pep in their efforts to keep our cars on the road."
"I should have made this move before the Cash for Clunkers program, but we must remember that there are still a lot of clunkers on the road."
Obama has created "Czars" for several areas to be his special advisors. The appointment comes with a hefty salary and government benefits. The White House emphasizes that these appointments are for expertise, not as a thank you for political contributions.
At the official swearing in ceremony, Manny, Moe, and Jack handed out little car air fresheners in the shape of the White House to be hung from the rearview mirror. Instead of the traditional pine smell of the green, tree shaped air fresheners, these had an odor of wet Bo, the First Dog.
