Restaurateur, Chow Sum Fat, owner of the exclusive LA eatery 'See You Next Tuesday' has vowed to have real Texan chupacabra on his extensive menu by the end of the year.
Chow, famous for having eaten absolutely everything, from snow leopards to Amazonian caterpillars was forced to concede defeat when asked if he'd ever tasted chupacabra.
"I once roasted a 60,000 year old mammoth which had been found preserved in a glacier," he told us. "And I have tasted dodo, tiger, panda, and enjoyed T-Rex curry. But the chupacabra is a different ball game. I wasn't even convinced that the chupacabra existed until I saw some pictures of it on the internet. We'll have it on the menu by Christmas. Trust me."
Chow Sum Fat has allegedly contacted a chupacabra expert named Senor Rodriguez, of San Antonio, second largest city in Texas, ranked currently above Dallas.
Having had personal dealings in the past with the redoubtable Mr Rodriguez, we can advise readers to put a bet on chupacabra being on 'See You Next Tuesday's' Christmas menu.
More as we get it.
