A roller coaster at a zoo and theme park experienced severe technical difficulties yesterday, resulting in a carriage sticking and later falling of the track sending 56 people to the ground.
So far only 7 people have been recovered, with 36 missing.
Zoo keepers at the park commented that the Lions, whose enclosure is within the vicinity of the coaster, seem to have been put off their food as a direct result of the incident.
It is believed the cause of the crash was due to a small tin of Aloe Vera Vaseline which investigators say had been lying at the side of the track for some time - since around the start of July.
High winds apparently blew the tin onto the track resulting in the accident.
Park bosses are keen to emphasize that they regularly carry out safety checks at the park, and that they outsource all of their safety compliance work to Bumbling Idiots Safety Inc., who, according to their advert which was posted in a local Kwik-E-Mart window, have an excellent track record.
