Washington, D.C. - Despite having a copy of President Barack Obama's birth certificate online, the Department of Health in Hawaii has still been inundated with requests by people wanting to inspect the original document for themselves. Only the original birth certificate remains locked up in the Obama family safe in Hawaii. So the White House has agreed to set up a webcam inside the safe by drilling a tiny little hole on the side of it.
"Once operational, the webcam, or 'Obama-Cam' if you like, will allow live streaming on the Internet so that those who login can view the document, scrutinizing for themselves, the documents authenticity," said a White House spokesman.
The "Obama-Cam" will be open to anyone with access to a computer and for free. Although those that login will be asked a question demonstrating that they have not been drinking or are under the influence of any narcotics, prescription or otherwise.
"It's a litmus test similar to that of 'Google's Mail Goggles," continued the White House spokesman. "In which the viewer is asked to solve a few simple mathematical equations before they are allowed to access the screen containing the digital image of Obama's birth certificate."
In anticipation, however, that a number of those that will be accessing the "Obama-Cam" will fail the online litmus test because of the lack of a high school education and not necessarily drug use alone, the White House has prepared a contingency plan for that as well.
"While the Doubting Thomases [the birthers] are on line inspecting Obama's birth certificate, they will be encouraged to avail themselves to the universe of higher education by picking up that much needed high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) from an online adult high school that will help them understand what exactly it is they're looking at," concluded the White House spokesman.
