Kansas Governor, Kathleen Sebelius, has been appointed White house dog. The surprise announcement follows closely on the heels of another shocker from the Obama administration that it had appointed a Portuguese Water Dog as the next Secretary of Health and Human Services.
Ms. Sebelius' new duties will include playing with the Obama children, following obediently at the heels of president Obama at white house photo opts, and sleeping at the foot of the president and Mrs. Obama's bed.
The Portuguese Water Dog, who is smart, non-shedding, medium sized, and hypoallergenic, has several items on it's agenda, starting with guiding the ballooning budget of the Department of Health and Human Services through congress.
The president expressed every confidence in his controversial choices saying that the Portuguese Water Dog has been taught to herd fish into fishermen's nets, to retrieve lost tackle or broken nets, and to act as couriers from ship to ship, or ship to shore, among other things. Where as Kansas Governor, Kathleen Sebelius, has been trained to be a friendly and obedient pet.
