New York, N.Y. - Marble Comics announced today that it has decided to publish a new line of comics depicting U.S. President George.W.Bush as a new superhero, the Oil Man. The CEO of Marble Enterprises, Mr. Zveider Mann, revealed today that Marble will publish the new series of comic books every month starting from July. The new superhero will have a business suit as his costume, but in keeping with the tradition of Marble superheroes, the suit will be form fitting and of course, the Oil Man will wear his underwear on top of his pants.
The Oil Man will combat a wide array of evil antagonists, ranging from the Killer Terroristic Pretzel who nearly choked the superhero in the first issue of the series, to the Subversive Segway and the Mutinous Mountain Bike. Mr. Zveider Mann said, "By defeating these dangerous enemies and saving humanity in real life, George Bush has proved beyond all doubt that he truly is a superhero and deserves to be in our comics".
Marble has not yet decided what superpowers the new superhero will have. Mr. Mann said that Marble Comics will decide in the next few weeks between an overdeveloped right arm, a nanotechnology brain and the Hyperduper Teeth through which he can lie at will, or perhaps a combination of all three as the superpowers for the Oil Man.
We have also learnt from reliable sources that Marble has tied up with Twentieth Century Fox News for a movie starring George Bush himself as the Oil Man. Bush will also play the evil Riddle-Diddler, who poses deep and unfathomable riddles like "Is our children learning?". The production is slated to start on January 21st next year, as Mr.Bush cannot take time away from his vacation until then.
