The 7th anniversary of the World Trade Center Terrorist Bombing Atrocity passed-off without incident yesterday, with no major bombings or destruction of American corporate property to report.
Yes, it was 7 years ago yesterday that the world wept over the 2974 deaths caused by remorseless, insane Arab terror criminals, who had learnt their art from US President George Bush, who just wouldn't leave their countries alone.
But yesterday, there were no reprisals, no planes flown into buildings in the United States, and no real terror to speak of at all. It was a Terrorless Day.
Experts said that they were expecting something Terrorble to happen, but nothing did. In fact, one such expert was moved to describe September 11th 2008 as:
Dr Zebulon Warzoffski of the University of Hearts & Minds, Texas, said:
"It was terrorless. No terror whatsoever."
The same could not be said, however, for several other Islamic-type countries yesterday, where US foreign policy was being meted-out in earnest.
Principal amongst these were Iraq and Afghanistan, where ongoing scuffles and stuff left hundreds dead, injured, homeless and thoroughly fed-up with the continuing presence of US and allied troops on their soil.
