image for Study Claims Black Men Jailed for Drug Convictions 12 Times More than White Counterparts

A study shows that black men in jail for only drug convictions outnumber white men, who are charged with the very same crime by 12 to 1. Strangely enough, other studies show that the actual consumption of drugs in urban communities is about equal between blacks and whites.

The black urban community organizers are using this study to re-emphasize that the poor black man can't afford to get the bigger, more expensive lawyers who represent the white men on trial for exactly the same thing. They continue to maintain, that the justice system in this country is stacked against the black man before he even walks into court.

In defense of the legal system and the white drug users, a representative of the Aryan Nation disagreed with the charge that the courts are unfair. A man representing the Aryan Nation, who would only identify himself as "Adolf the IV", said that it was plain to see that the white users were doing their drug deals in the daytime when the police and undercover agents aren't concentrating on drug deals. "The cops come out after dark to look for the action", Adolf said. "Since the blacks do their business at night, of course they got a better chance to get busted".

"It's just common sense, man", said Adolf, "them "shines" are too fuckin' stupid to come out in the daytime, so they only got themselfs [sic] to blame, man. If they would use what little brains they evolved wit' [sic] they'd know enough to come out of their stinkin' holes while the sun is still shinning. What's the matter", Adolf concluded, "they afraid they gonna' melt or sumpin [sic]?" Which brought a big laugh from the fellow members around him.

A written statement by urban police departments, said: "The Police Departments of all the urban cities in the nation categorically deny the statements made by a member of the renegade group known as the Aryan Nation. We are attempting to catch and convict as many drug users as we possibly can at all hours of the day."

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
