image for Iraq War Watchers Count 4,000 'Defining Moments' in Same Week as 4,000th US Body Bag
One candle four each thousand US dead soldiers

Iraq war watchers believe that the Bush administration has announced 4,000 times in the four year war that they have reached a defining moment, a turning point or a crucial development. The coincidence that this landmark should occur in the same week when the 4,000th US corpse was shipped home has added a special significance.

Yale historian Dustin Offdastacks reported that the Hundred Years war only had 50 turning points:" If the US forces has turned the corner as many times as the Bush Chicken hawks have claimed they would have dug their way to China!"

A six star general, who would not release his name, explained matters from her point of view:

"We finally achieved a bit of peace and stability by giving massive bribes to the former ruling sect, the Sunnis. Now we have reignited the civil war between rival Shiite parties over their share of the oil industry. How could things have gone worse? If we stayed home in the first place, Iraq would still not have WMD's but would have electricity, jobs and a really bad ruler (kind of like the US).

"If we had gone home after replacing Saddam, Iraqi would still be killing each (kind of like now) but thousands of US citizens would be alive to suffer under the Bush economic fiasco which 70% of Americans say is better than being dead."
