WASHINGTON (FMLiveWire) - In a radical move intended to place Barack Obama in the White House, Obama and Hillary Clinton announced on Sunday that they would divorce their respective spouses and marry each other.
Hilary Clinton would drop out of the presidential race in the hopes of becoming a new First Lady to President Obama.
"My real skill is supporting my hubby in the White House," said Clinton to an astonished Washington press corps as she held hands with a beaming Obama. "We hope this new union will lay to rest all of that nasty racial sniping that has been going on."
The current spouses of Clinton and Obama were not to be seen and could not be reached for comment. Some reporters speculated about rumors that they may have eloped with each other to the Bahamas.
Obama said that now that he had that "white bread backing me up, there is no stopping me!"
Upon hearing the news, John McCain announced that he was dropping out of the presidential race as well as quitting the Republican Party, thus leaving the way clear for Ron Paul to become the Republican nominee.
McCain indicated that he would pursue his earlier love of flying by opening up John's Hobby Shop in Tucson with his lobbyist friend Vicki Iseman.
