Dick Cheney, speaking to the 2004 graduating class of the Wyoming School of Oil Production, attacked "all those silly Clinton-Administration adopted regulations restricting oil production in the US," - the ones designed to clean up the air, rivers, and land, of pollution, as "having been signed into law by Clinton while under the 'undue influence' of Monica Lewinsky, - while she was actually underneath his desk servicing his account!"
Cheney continued that if a law or regulation is signed into law under "undue influence," it can be set aside by the Republican-led U.S. Supreme Court on a "petition for certiorari," and that he's going to present one to Justice Scalia during their next duck hunt together later this month, "sure to be granted because of our special friendship, - Anthony loves killing ducks as much as I do, and he'll thank me for the invite!"

Make Linguini's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
