BOSTON, MA -- The political world was stunned last weekend when news that Republican Presidential hopeful, Mitt Romney, was a polygamist was leaked to the media.
Even more startling was the revelation that Romney's wife, Ann, was actually Mitt's second wife in his plural marriage and that Ann Romney did not seem to mind being Mitt's "second wife."
Mitt's "first wife" is apparently the reclusive Bubbles Romney who apparently only leaves the Romney's house for special occasions like the Fourth of July and Pioneer Days, the holiday celebrating Mormon settlers moving to Utah.
"Bubbles is more of a stay at home kind of mom," says Ann Romney of her sister wife. "While I'm out campaigning for our husband, Bubbles is at home taking care of all nine of our children. She likes that, prefers it, actually. And I don't at all mind being second wife."
Mitt Romney could not me reached for comment concerning the sudden "appearance" of Bubbles, nor could he be reached for comment concerning his contemplating making his Guatemalan maid his "third wife."
