71 year old presidential candidate John McCain, recently won the New Hampshire Primary. Insiders with McCain's campaign say his success has to do with his new "turn down your music, young people" strategy.

"I'm not saying I'm against music, why I've been known to cut a rug to the latest Tommy Dorsey 78 as much as the next guy but young people need to turn down their dag blasted Rocking and Rolling".

The Candidate was later overheard at a rally listing the bands he had the biggest problems with.

"I'm sick and tired of my great granddaughter blasting the latest Lovin' Spoonful or Peter Paul and Mary single from her AM transistor radio and When I'm president I will form a special committee to investigate rock lyrics, I think its just shameful the Monkee's can sing about Monkeying around, why that's a blatant invitation to tomfoolery. The next thing you know rock musicians will influence our young people to giggle in church or speak out of turn! Shameful, just shameful."

Political researchers say McCain's strategy may prove to be the most successful since the town in Footloose adopted its celebrated "No Dancing" Policy.
