Maybe He Should Have Worn A Yellow Tie

April 5,2004

Former British Ambassador to the United States, Christopher Meyer said that at a White House Dinner with his countries Prime Minister Tony Blair that President George (I'm Gonna Get You Sucka) Bush was already making wardrobe plans for the outfit he would wear after he bombed the crap out of Iraq.

"Rumors were already flying that Bush would use 9/11 as a pretext for wearing a flight suit after the end of major combat operations in Iraq", Meyer said, "On the one hand Blair came with a very strong message: don't get distracted by clothing, you stupid American Git. The priorities were Al Qaida, the Taliban and Afghanistan." Meyer continued, " Bush said, ‘ Tony boy, I agree with you, but I've already got my outfit picked out for the Afgh...Afghenystein, Afghanrugisatan... uh, that country you're talking about thing. I'm gonna look really Presidential; I have a dark blue 3 button suit with pleated pants and I was thinking of wearing a blue silk tie with little dots and my Bruno Magli loafers...you know casual, but in a world leader kind of way.'

The former Ambassadors claim supports statements made by ex National Security Advisor Richard Clarke who said in his book ‘Against All Enemies' that George Bush " ...was determined to wear a flight suit after the Iraq war when I and others warned him that a naval uniform or a paratrooper outfit would be much better. Top Secret memo's from ‘Queer Eye for the Straight Guy' stated that while they had no information on weapons of mass destruction, they believed that an Air Force flight suit was too over the top even for them. "

Unnamed White House Source Wegman (Pudgy) Waterhouse, speaking on the condition of anonymity said, "We were concerned that the President was jumping the gun on the flight suit, after all, the CIA said that there was no solid evidence that a flight suit was an appropriate response to attacking Iraq, killing thousands of soldiers and civilians and destroying the social structure of the country, but he was adamant. You gotta admit though, aside from the six hundred plus American Casualties, one hundred and sixty five billion dollars spent, ongoing attacks against our troops leading to the threat of civil war and of course no weapons of mass destruction found that the President was right on target, wardrobe wise. He looked so cute in his little flight suit, I just wanted to eat him up."
