Washington DC - (Ass Mess): Determined to avoid the fatal flaws of the disastrous 1993 White House Travel Orifice derailment of her wealth care plan Hillary Clinton has proposed an overhaul of the nation's wealth care system which would mean Americans would need to buy insurance but could be allowed to keep what they already own.
Under the new proposals the federal government would spend $110 billion a year to help keep Clinton in orifice for two whole terms until 2016.
About half of the money would come from repealing tax cuts and tax breaks for people with incomes above $250,000.
The rest could come from selling off 'useless state assets' like the Lincoln Memorial and Mount Rushmore.
But opponents of the proposals said that this was the same old racket that only got derailed because the White House Travel Office fiasco of 1993 threatened to expose all the unsavory bits of the Whitewater scandal that the Clintons thought they'd buried for good.
