AUSTIN,Texas(APE) President Bush hosted a tea and brunch for top energy company associates at his Texas ranch today in order to introduce the Security in the Unification of Friendship through Oil Act.
The Security in the Unification of Friendship through Oil Act is the brainchild of President Bush and Vice President Cheney in response to the decision made earlier in the year by congress to rescind tax incentives extended to US energy companies.
Repeating sentiments he made in 1999 as the governor of Texas, Bush stated "These are tough times for the Oil and Gas Industry, and with this Act we send a message to the world, that we will not abandon our Gassy friends."
Cheney echoed the sentiment by putting his hand to his heart while stifling a tear and quivering his upper lip.
After a heated game of golf, the President and Vice President Cheney huddled with the 5 Oil execs breaking with a "Go Oil!" as they headed for their pimped out all terrain golf carts.
Although the details of The Security in the Unification of Friendship through Oil Act were kept behind closed doors, experts believe it will involve the "partnership" of Mexico and Saudi Arabia through past US initiated extensions of partnerships as well as future extensions of partnerships.
