Psychotic plan: George W Bush

Washington DC - (Ass Mess): The latest episode of the Bush-Cheney 'surge' option in Iraq plans to intern all Iraqis opposed to the US Administration into mental hospitals where they can be 'treated' for psychosis and criminal demntia-related conditions.

The new policy twist is the brainchild of a Dick Cheney stink-tank.

It favors pumping mood-altering chmicals into Baghdad's water supply, grabbing the sedated Iraqis and transporting them to military holding facilities on board sequestered passenger ships which would then set forth circling the world's oceans while 'treating' the 'criminally insane' patients.

"It's an attractive option," a Cheney source said todday.

"That way we could clear the insurgent hotspots, raze the city to the ground and send in the mall builders to erect a couple of million Starbucks, McDonalds, WallMarts etc buildings.

"When the Baghdadis are finally 'cured' they could be airlifted back home where slow-release sub-cutaneous medication implants would guarantee a passive and responsive, pro-US population.

"The plan has other attractions, too numerous to mention.

"We are currently fine tuning these options ahead of a planned Day of Atonement putsch in October."
