Washington DC - (Ass Mess): Is Independence Day, July the Fourth 2007, the day that Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald will unleash some of those legendary aces against the Bush Administration that hired a drive-by hitman to take him out last year ahead of the Scooter Libby perjury trial?
"Never mind his aces, Fitzie has yet to play his trump card."
That is the decisive message in DC legal circles today as blood begins to boil on Capitol Hill at George Bush's weasely pardon for lying, cheating Cheney toerag Scooter Libby.
And to all those who watch him around the clock Fitzgerald remains utterly sangune, inscrutable and sphinx-like.
"Fitzie has played a superb delayed gratification game with the Bush Administration," our man on Pennsylvania Avenue said today.
"He's always known that a miserable fallguy like Libby has played the sort of bribery and blackmail game with the Bush Administration that makes the Alaskan Corrupt Bastards Club seem like junior sophomores.
"George Bush has always been Fitzie's primary target ever since NATO military intelligence described him on September 12 2001 as the biggest threat to the democratic judicial system since Adolf Hitler."
