When it started growing on his neck, Mark Spiels thought it just a freckle. As the carcinoma increased in diameter, Mark had it removed and all was fine.

Then another one appeared. And another. On sensitive parts of his body.

A Department of Defense employee, Mark raised suspicions to his commander.

A search of the home turned up eye droppers containing an unknown fluid later identified as purified nicotine.

Also discovered was as a powder found to be taraxein, a substance produced by schitzophrenics that causes symptoms in those administered the drug.

Mary Spiels is wanted for attempted murder. Information may be found on the FBI's website.
