image for Fidel Castro Offers Health Insurance to US Citizens
I think this fella could do with some

Matanzas Province Cuba - Cuba's Minister of Health, Hyman Roth, in a press conference in Matanzas province said that the Government of Cuba will offer five different kinds of health insurance to US citizens. In addition, Cuba will write policies for people on Medicare part B and C, and will have their own drug plan and gap insurance for retired people that are on Medicare. The cost of this insurance can be paid in cash, foodstuffs or car parts.

You can have your own primary physician or be examined by a staff of specialists for less than the cost of a portion of black beans and rice.

The clinic will be located in a ship that will be beyond the three-mile limit from Miami.

Rehab, gambling and entertainment will also be part of the health package, "At last, affordable Health Insurance!" Roth stated.
