ISLAMIC militants today were arrested in the sewers of New York City after a terror plot to blow up Madison Square Garden was foiled by unknown crime fighters.
Taliban war chief Moba Falhua, aged 62, and four others were found tied and gagged in a sewer under fifth street, after police received an anonymous tip off the plan.
A police source said: "The four of them were found and were clearly beaten and beaten bad.
"This city owes a debt to these mysterious crimefighters."
Channel Five reporter April O'Neil was first to break the story. She said: "They were just there honestly. No amphibians were involve. Seriously."
Falbad Inkranka, arrested insurgent, aged 54 said: "There were four turtles. They all jumped down from ceiling screaming cowabunga.
"I couldn't believe my eyes. They beat the crap out of us."
The other insurgents said: "Durka, Durka Mohammed Jeehad."
