Redeemer's son pictured on an off day

West Palm Beach - (Rioters): In a surprise legal move today Anna Nicole Smith's mother Virgie Arthur is attempting to sue for possession of the skeleton allegedly belonging to the son of Jesus and Mary Magdalen that were discovered by Titani film director James Cameron in a Hollywood studio set last year.

The petition before Broward County Court claims that Arthur, as a veteran Osteoporosis member of the Ancient American Order of the Skull 'N' Bones, is the legal next of kin and as such wants a decent Christian burial for the relics back home at Wacko, Texas.

The move is seen as a class action to finally establish that the Redeemer's family is rooted in the Loan Star State and deserves recognition for years of estrangement brought about by snipy control freak Howard K Stern.

The hearing will take place this week after James Cameron agreed to waive copyright and allow a full screening of his holy bones documentary before the judicial panel.

Judge Larry Seidlin will preside.
