Forget the politicos, psychiatrists watching the State of the Union are all in agreement that this speech was given under the influence of heavy meds. Dr Segismundo Frondo :"I have'nt seen a more heavily sedated patient since "The Elephant Man".

Alfredo Adlerino Ph.D remarked:"This Guy was on rhinoceros tranqulizers" and Carlino Jungaso Ed.D said:"Test that urine and you will find enough narcotic to put a mastodon to sleep for a week!".

Evidences of the heavy drug doses the President was on were multiple. "First, he only stumbled over 17 words and was incoherent 3x less than usual," commented Ibrahim Malovbar. "The fear in the eyes was there, no doubt", observed Rollostov Mayendorf, "But he rolled on as if he actually knew what he was talking about!".

Behaviorist Renniks F.B.had a different take: "The country has been at war for years and the patient "W" did not even mention the "W" word once. I would break this kind of denial with electric shock! How do you think my father the ggggrrreeeaaattt BF Skinner kept me in his box and taught pigeons to play ping-pong... Screw the meds...hand me the paddles! Clear!".
