TOPEKA, Kansas - The recent news item about Miley Cyrus trying to French kiss Katy Perry kicked up renewed interest in the Kansas state senate.
The matter had been proposed by Senator Magenta Quakerquill [R-Wichita] but it had been delegated to the backburner.
But when the Cyrus-Perry story broke it quickly went back to the forefront.
Senator Quakerquill argued that French kissing is one of the easiest ways to spread some hellaciously horrific germs.
She noted that even Katy Perry, who has kissed hundreds of men on dozens of body parts, said that she did not want Miley Cyrus' tongue in her mouth because there was no telling where the long ass tongue had been.
Miley fired back by saying that Ms. Perry should be more concerned about where the tongues of her ex-husband Russell Brand and her three time boyfriend John "The Player" Mayer had been.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Obama has said that she for one hopes that Kansas passes the anti-French kissing bill and she hopes that other states; such as California, Florida, and New York follow suit.
