A photo that was taken at the luggage area at The John & Bob Denver Airport in Denver.

DENVER - The governor of the state of Colorado John "Happy" Hickenlooper has said that making the purchase and use of pot legal is the best thing that has ever happened in The Rocky Mountain State.

The governor, who is always smiling, said that the amount of tourists who are visiting the state has grown by leaps and bounds just since the 1st of January.

He pointed out that a lot of the visitors to Colorado are celebrities, sports figures, and a good number of politicians.

Governor Hickenlooper is thrilled to report that the Colorado State Department of Cannabis has had such an increase in business that its staff has increased by 600 percent.

Most of the new employees are state inspectors who visit the various pot shops to make sure that everything and everyone is working smoothly.

SIDENOTE: The governor stated that the rumor that several CSDC inspectors had taken bribes in the form of marijuana was proven to be totally false.
