POCATELLO, Idaho - The Idaho State Department of Food Commodities has just reported that eating potato chips can help an individual lose weight.
Sharon "Cookie" Buttonbush, 52, with the ISDFC stated that research scientists have just discovered that there is a secret ingredient in potato chips that acts as a fantastic calorie buster.
Ms. Buttonbush noted that research studies clearly show that eating four regular-size bags of potato chips a day can cancel out a total of 240 calories.
Buttonbush stressed that the research findings only pertain to potato chips and do not apply to French Fries, potato salad, or Potatoes Au Gratin.
The findings of the studies will be sent to Washington, D.C. where they will be studied and hopefully verified.
Meanwhile the state of Idaho is spending $2.9 million on a Potato Chips Kill Calories national advertising campaign.
