Children are exposed to drugs every day from classroom inhalers, commercials for medications, and dad's old bong hidden in the downstairs closet.
The average age that a child first experiments with marijuana is fourteen. Kids even as young as five can become involved with drugs. According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, about 6% of U.S. children have tried inhalants by fourth grade.
It is also safe to say that infants can no longer be trusted and probably are involved with gang lords. The gang lords give the babies lots of drugs, and then these drugged up babies end up taking hostages at spoon-point in order to steal extra milks during snack time, and get away in their strategically placed Tonka cars.
Hell, they sleep all day, whine all night, ant eat whatever you throw at them. They have to be on something!
