image for Arizona Has Learned The Reason Why So Many of Its Residents Are Depressed
An Arizona resident who shows signs of depression brought on by sand.

PHOENIX - A recent research study report that was put out by The Amalgamated Data Gathering Agency of Chicago surprised and shocked many residents of Arizona.

The 9-month study reported that the reason why so many Arizona residents are in a state of depression is due to the millions and millions of tons of desert sand found within the state.

The report noted that sand is a horrible element, unless it is at the beach, and then it is a wonderful substance.

But away from the beach it can be an exceptionally miserable component which gets into people's hair, eyes, and underwear.

The Arizona Department of Information reports that the female name Sandy is the number one girls name in the state.

The name Sandy is also the second most popular dog's name behind Fido and the third most popular cat name behind Whiskers and Gatito (Kitty).

SIDENOTE: The Amalgamated Data Gathering Agency strongly suggests that those Arizona residents whose state of depression is at the serious level should seriously consider moving up to Colorado or North Dakota.

Make Abel Rodriguez's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
