WASHINGTON, D.C. - President Obama announced that he had received a text message from Mexico's President Nacho Winslow asking to borrow $3 million.

President Winslow stated that his country needs the funds in order to continue with their moon shot and exploration program which has run into some unexpected financial speed bumps.

Mexico's president told President Obama that he really could not go into detail as to what the financial problems were since they are of a personal and private nature.

But he assured President Obama that his country would pay back the $3 million at 1 percent interest.

President Obama replied that he really and truly wishes that he and the United States could help him out. But he pointed out that he is still trying to iron out some problems of his own in regards to Health Care, voting issues, The Save The Praying Mantis Now Program, and taxing the rich Republicans.

He also told President Winslow that the cost of the damn Governor Jan Brewer & Sheriff Joe Arpaio Commemorative Border Fence went way over budget and as a result he actually had to borrow money from China to cover the exorbitant cost of that stupid fence that doesn't even work.

In Other News. Former New York Jets quarterback Joe Namath says he knows he's getting old since he now finds Barbara Walters to be sexy as hell.
