The Aftermath

Paramedics with the help of "King," a survivor sniffer dog from El Paso, Texas, unearthed a small metal box near the North end of the explosion at the West Texas fertilizer plant, in an area that was thought to be where the offices once stood.

"Hey, o'l King got on a scent of sumpthin, an that sucker started a diggin an a diggin. Me an o'l Charlie, thets my pardner on the team, well we thought we a heerd sumptin, like a metal or sum such, so we got in there with ol King and there was this leetle metal box there, bout the size of an old ceegar box," Hal Warnton, one of the rescue paramedics commented.

The box was actually welded shut, and the two men were unable to open it. They took it back to their station house and placed it in a locker up on the second floor.

A welder from a local metal shop had been summoned to fix a broken bracket on their Number Two Inferno Pumper where Cole Zedman had accidentally put a Number Seven Tollar wrench, and when he tried to take it off, the extension part of the wrench twisted and broke the bracket.

They asked him to open the box, which he was ultimately able to do, after a considerable amount of heating and prying.

Upon opening the box and looking at the contents, they realized what an incredible piece of history they had found. Hal carefully pulled out one of the folded pieces of paper, opening it, and realized what he had in his hands. He read it carefully to make sure he was actually aware of what he held in his hands. It was an authentic, original, birth certificate for a Barry Soetoro, aka, Barack Obama.

Hal thought to himself, "Good lord, what they are saying, is true."
