Scarlett Johansson was fired while working as a substitute teacher in Norway after letting several small boys taste her blood in the class room, News of the World reports.
According to the wire service, as many as a dozen boys attending kindergarten at a school in Sola, Norway, may have sampled the blood after she brought a vial of it to class for show and tell.
School officials say that Johansson didn't prick herself with a needle to obtain the blood and it's still a mystery of where the blood came from.
"The children asked if they could touch it and she allowed them," head teacher Inger Lise Soemme Andersen told News of the World. "Then they asked 'how do we get it off our fingers?' so she put her finger in her mouth and the children followed suit.
"The parents are mortified, shaken and shocked."
Johansson was asked to leave Norway and not to return until she learns table manners.
In her defense Johansson said, "I always play around like that with my friends and I thought nothing about my behavior being odd."
