PHOENIX - USA DAYBREAK is reporting one of the strangest love relationships in recent memory.
It appears that Tendra Jo Blockbocker, 37, who is a waitress at the Pompous Pizza Parlor in Phoenix, has fallen head-over-heals in love with a mechanical robot.
The robot named MR98F is owned by the The Big House Crop Dusting Company of Casa Grande.
According to Big House employee Stockton "Buzzy" Golembeski, who pilots one of the crop dusters, he and MR98F first went into the pizza parlor after dusting 200 acres at The Jolly Green Dwarf Spinach Ranch.
Golembeski noted that right away Miss Blockbocker started flirting with MR98F, who appears quite human-like except that he operates on three 9-volt batteries.
The robot works the insecticide spray button while Golembeski spots the rows of spinach.
Buzzy says that when he first noticed that Blockbocker was attracted to his mechanical co-worker he informed her that MR98F was not a real man and that he had no feelings.
Tendra Jo sternly replied that it did not matter to her since she was a Presbyterian and she had feelings enough for the both of them.
And so Tendra Jo Blockbocker, a Phoenix waitress has fallen deeply in love with MR98F...a robot.
POSTSCRIPT: Golembeski says that he thought about maybe going down the street to the local Pizza Doll Restaurant instead, but he admitted that he just does not have the heart to come between MR98F and Tendra Jo.
