image for Anti Porn group make their own Movies
Woman eating chocolates.

A group in California have started to make what they are calling Anti Porn movies featuring scenarios that are common to adult movies but that end up in wholesome activities.

The films are being distributed via a website and at the moment there are six films. The first film called 'The Plumber' starts off with a young woman about to take a shower. She is fully dressed but the water does not come on. She calls a plumber who arrives and fixes the water. The woman makes him a cup of tea and he drinks it before leaving. The film then ends on this happy note.

Another film features a young woman sitting on her bed. She tells the camera that she is feeling hot and wants to relax. She then stands up and switches on an air conditioning unit and then sits down and starts to eat some chocolates while watching a daytime soap. She smiles at the camera and the film ends.

"We want to show people that adults can have fun without sex." Martha Douglas told USA Today "We need to show that women like to eat chocolates and snuggle up to watch daytime soaps. We need to show that plumbers fix broken pipes and stop leaks."

"I found the films very frustrating." Big Jim Hung a porn actor said on Howard Stern "I kept wanted some action you know. It was like a time trip to the fall when the election was on. I had trouble getting wood then as well."

Future plans for the Anti Porn films are to move into clean fetish films. One proposed film will see a woman washing a car while wearing an apron to stop her getting wet. Another will see a man dressed in riding gear with a crop in his hand who then meets with a woman also dressed in riding gear. They then gets on their horses and go for a good hack in the country.

The Museum of Modern Art in New York are already selling DVD's of anti porn films, although the makers are disappointed that their films have been interpreted as a form of DaDaism by most people who have seen them.
