Former Vice Presidential Candidate Sarah Palin has been accused of making a racist comment when she accused President Obama of 'shuck and jive shtick'.
In a statement Palin said "I just said what his voters might say. I used to watch them California Raisins cartoons back in the 80's and that is the sort of thing they said. So heck why not isn't that type of person Obama reaches out to? I want all the people in United States of America to know what I think."
"There is not a thing wrong with what Sarah said." Donald Trump wrote on his newly opened Google+ account. "This is just the liberal media trying deflect attention away from the issue of where Obama was born. I will give anyone $1m to write a story about what I have to say."
Meanwhile in a statement Mitt Romney said "You should all be listening to what I have to say. Don't get distracted by Sarah Palin or Donald Trump. It's me you need to listen to."
"Heck Sarah didn't say that, it was Tina Fay." Current vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan said. "The whole thing was a set up by SNL you have to ignore all that and just listen to me. No one on SNL can impersonate me so listen to me."
Stretch the bass player for the California Raisins told VH1 "Miss Palin needs to chill out, feel the music and move her hips not her lips."
