image for Obama and Romney Finally Agree: The President Won't Use a Teleprompter and Romney Won't Flip-Flop
The two clocks that moderator Jim Lehrer will use for the Presidential Debate.

DENVER - The first Presidential Debate between President Obama and non-president Mitt Romney will be held in The Mile High City.

The debate will be moderated by Jim Lehrer, a man who should have changed his last name a long, long time ago.

Lehrer, [Pronounced: LAR-YN-GI-TIS], has stated that he will be asking both candidates questions that pertain to matters such as the economy, unemployment, taxes, and the fact that members of the Senate and Congress are extremely overpaid and have a tremendous amount of benefits that the American middle class is paying for.

He also noted that he has made it very clear to both candidates via text messaging that he is not going to allow any type of teleprompters in the building.

Lehrer also stressed that he does not want to have to mention to Romney to refrain from flip-flopping. He added that the first time he will merely issue a warning to the former Massachusetts governor, but that the second time he will be hit with a $25,000 fine.

Political Salad Bar Magazine is reporting that "Old Mittens" asked Lehrer if he is going to be asking him why he has not released his income tax returns from 2007 to 2010.

The moderator replied that he can bet one of his many mansions that he is going to ask him about the returns.

He noted that if he was Mitt Romney the Walmart greeter or Mitt Romney the rodeo clown then he could not careless about his income tax returns.

But since he is running for the highest office in the nation then he had better come clean with the American people and stop acting like he is trying to hide something.

Meanwhile President Obama asked if he was going to ask about the cockamamie issue that Donald "The Hairdo From Hell" Trump keeps bringing up about his birth certificate.

Lehrer responded by saying that he has personally seen his birth certificate and he is 100 percent certain that he was in fact born in Hawaii.

He then noted that he has not, as yet, seen Romney's birth certificate so he may ask him about it during the debate.

SIDENOTE: Jim Lehrer also stressed to Romney that he does not want him using any of that celebrity spray-on tanning spray that the contestants use on Dancing With The Stars.

Make Abel Rodriguez's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)
